The symbolism
of Profusion
“Profusion” is a synonym for abundance. Abundance is the central theme of my life, emotionally, personally, professionally and health-wise. I aspire to create abundance for others through my passion and my daily life. In addition, my audience is not directly consumers, but professionals, it is also a double meaning because the word “Profusion” is made up of two words: “PRO” and “FUSION”.
These two words also have symbolism for me. “PRO”, because I aim to educate aesthetic and medical-aesthetic professionals, and also because I have a PROgressive mentality in our field, that is to say, focused on social progress. I believe that we, skin professionals, have a positive impact on society that deserves to be recognized and valued. Through our human touch and knowledge, we can infuse so much well-being while adopting eco-responsible habits when possible for the common good of all.
Which brings me to the word “FUSION”; the fusion, the unison of professionals wanting to make a difference in people’s lives, to help each other in this mission, rather than being in competition with each other. Finally, as in integrative medicine, I believe in the benefits of integrative aesthetics which is in fact the fusion of modern science (conventional Western philosophy) with the holistic approach (traditional or alternative Eastern philosophy). It is an approach that is gaining popularity in a world where people are increasingly aware of well-being and longevity based on a global approach to the individual and a concept that I wish every professional to exploit in PROFUSION (abundance).
